Hi people.
I never thought there could be some kind of "hack" to ruin this game, even after some guy hatemailed me accusing me of "hacking" the game because i (guess) killed him with REs. I just didn't think that was possible.
But these few days i remember at least a couple things i found too strange.
1. In two matches i saw the same person in a Gallente Assault (ADV) with an ASCr who had an impossible strafing speed:
Everyone in my squad made the same observation. I was wearing a scout suit and he/she moved ridiculously faster than me. Took a lot of shots from me and other team mates without dying so definitely didn't sacrifice the lows for other than plates (i got to armor). Maybe they were ferroscale, but still it was too much fast, even faster than a Minmatar Scout. And i know that there are no modules that have effects on other than sprint speed. Otherwise please tell me!
I'm not saying he/she was invincible, because actually died a few times, but of course had a crazy KDR.
2.- Today my Assault Dropship was shot down by multiple simultaneous shots TWICE:
I was flying an Incubus in the Fracture Road map, receiving some forgegun and railgun shots from time to time, but able to escape anyway until a moment when i get hit by a Railgun Tank, hit the afterburner and moved quickly towards cover, but suddenly i get hit again (low armor), then AGAIN (while moving fast), zero armor, but even got hit AGAIN by 4-5 simultaneous extra shots, all of this in less than 2 seconds.
It could be remotely possible getting hit by multiple tanks (There were no FG hits, i know it was a Railgun only), but there was a lot of infantry on the ground, so there's no way there were so many tanks... and all hit at the same time when i'm in high speed? I'm telling you, it happened so fast that no single Railgun could have shot twice in that lapse.
So, later i decided to call my ship once again to destroy some uplinks located high in the main tower. When i was there, i started to get Railgunned again in the same way, from the same direction. I didn't even played enough in the ship to promote a squad or team strategy to shoot me like that. We had some good tankers on the ground and as i said, they had a lot of infantry rushing the point... I stayed on the ship the second time to know what were they shooting me with. Although the killfeed was like "XXXX () JP Acuna", i know it was a railgun, and the damage dealt was over 4000hp, so it was definitely that ONE tank that killed me.
Anyone else found something weird? |

I know, it's easier to strafe in KB, but this was not like "A-D" Strafe. It was movement speed, even when moving in the same direction the speed was too high, walking backwards, getting behind cover... sliding on the floor too fast to be legit. |
